These terms apply when you play Hurry-Up at hurryupgame.com or any version of it (the "service"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Playing
- Hurry-Up is free to play.
- You must be at least 13 to play.
- Your progress, streak and best score are saved in your browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, they may be lost.
Fair play
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or automation to play, or to collect prompts or answer lists;
- try to get around security, overload the service, or interfere with it;
- submit answers that are hateful, harassing or illegal, or that include other people's personal information.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Your answers
You keep any rights you have in what you type. By submitting an answer, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, store, count and adapt it to run and improve Hurry-Up, including adding it to answer lists.
Not affiliated with any league or team
Hurry-Up is an independent fan trivia game. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, the NCAA, or any team, conference, player or stadium. Team, player, coach and stadium names are used only to identify the subject of a trivia question, and all trademarks belong to their owners.
Our content
The game, its prompts, answer lists, artwork, sounds, design and name belong to us. You may share your results and screenshots (that's encouraged), but please don't copy or republish the game itself or its answer lists.
The service
We work to keep Hurry-Up running and fair, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Answer lists, rarity tiers and sports facts may change or contain mistakes. We may change, pause or end any part of the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data or streaks. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to US$20. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll say so in the game before it takes effect. If you keep playing after that, you accept the new terms.
